• Cancellation is allowed anytime; access continues till period end.
• Refund within 48 hours may be considered if usage is minimal.
• No pro-rata refunds for partial-month usage.

• Delivered AI reports are generally non-refundable.
• Manual report refunds depend on work progress.
• Consultation cancellation windows and fees depend on timing before appointment.
