Refund Policy

Navamsha ("we", "us", "our") operates Navamsha Astrology API Hub from India.

This policy explains how refunds apply during the free launch, for prepaid API credits, and for future subscription plans.

While Navamsha offers a limited-time free tier with monthly API credits at no charge, no payment is collected and therefore no monetary refund applies.

If you purchased nothing, there is nothing to refund — you may simply stop using the service or delete API keys from your dashboard.

When paid credit top-ups launch, credits are generally non-refundable once consumed. Unused prepaid credits may be eligible for refund or account credit within 7 days of purchase if no substantial API usage occurred on the purchased bundle.

Refund eligibility is determined using immutable usage events and credit ledger entries in our hub database.

Monthly or annual plans will display renewal terms at checkout. Unless stated otherwise on the invoice, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period after usage begins.

You may cancel renewal to avoid future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Contact us within 14 days of a charge you believe is incorrect. Include organization email, invoice reference, and approximate timestamps. We will review usage logs and respond with an adjustment, service credit, or explanation.

Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in temporary API suspension while the dispute is investigated.

Enterprise customers may negotiate separate refund, service credit, SLA, and cancellation terms in a signed agreement. Signed contract terms override this policy where they conflict.
