Navamsha ("we", "us", "our") operates Navamsha Astrology API Hub from India.

By creating an account, generating an API key, or calling our APIs, you agree to these Terms. If you use Navamsha on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Navamsha provides deterministic Vedic and related astrology calculation APIs, developer documentation, usage metering, and account management tools.

Calculation outputs include metadata such as engine version, ayanamsa, and formula identifiers. Outputs are intended for software products — not as medical, legal, financial, investment, or emergency advice.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. API keys are secrets — do not embed them in client-side mobile or browser code.

You are responsible for all usage under your keys until they are revoked. Notify us promptly if you suspect compromise.

You agree not to misuse the platform.

During the limited-time free launch, we may offer generous monthly credits without charge. We may modify free limits, pause access, or introduce paid plans with reasonable notice to protect reliability and sustainability.

Continued use after plan changes constitutes acceptance of updated pricing shown at purchase or in the dashboard.

We retain rights in the Navamsha platform, documentation, schemas, and underlying calculation implementations. You retain rights in your applications and branding.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the APIs according to your plan for the duration of an active account.

Astrology APIs are provided for informational and entertainment software use. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, relationship results, or personal predictions.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment when paid plans apply, or legal requirement. You may close your account at any time; some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
